Yellowdd Marketing offers a variety of services, including but not limited to, Instagram growth services via organic interactions with your target audience, profile analysis and optimization, preparing growth strategy reports, and performing the hashtag research. Some services may require your Instagram login details. Note that Yellowdd Marketing is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, or any third-party partners associated with Instagram.
3. Account Responsibilities
(a) You are responsible for providing accurate and updated Instagram credentials if the service requires such details.
(b) You grant us access to your Instagram for the services you've selected.
(c) The results, such as follower growth, vary based on content quality, audience, and other factors.
(d) You must be 18 years or older to use our service.
(e) You must provide a valid email and accurate information during registration.
(f) You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
(g) Illegal or unauthorized use of our service is prohibited.
4. Subscription and Payments
Some of our services are subscription-based. Charges apply immediately upon choosing a plan. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled. You can cancel by contacting us at hello@yellowdd.com. If canceled within 48 hours of the initial subscription, a refund will be provided. No refunds are given after this period or for unused time in an active subscription. It's your responsibility to cancel the subscription to avoid future charges.
5. Limitations of Liability
We're not responsible for actions taken by Instagram towards your account or for any harm to your business. It's up to you to stay updated with Instagram's terms. Our service relies on the internet; thus, we cannot guarantee constant uptime.
6. Warranty
Our services are provided "as is", without any guarantees. We don't promise our service will function without interruptions or errors. Your use is at your own risk.
